Check the odds
Run the eval's rules over your own trades. If one pass costs five resets, you find out before the fee does.

Free pass-odds simulator for prop firm evals. Below, one example trader's 2,000 attempts at a 50k futures eval, walked day by day as you scroll.

Every attempt, one square. The 2,000 runs behind the numbers below, in the order the sim ran them.
We run it through the firm's rules 2,000 times and show how often it passes, how often it blows the drawdown, and how many evals you'd buy for one pass. The field above redraws with your numbers.

Typical rules for each kind of eval, not any one firm's. Put your firm's exact rules and fee in the Eval Sim. Simulated results are hypothetical and do not show what a real account will do.

That window is the screenshot you get sold. Here's a real one from our tests: an S&P 500 futures breakout, with the years around it put back.

Example log
Flatten before the daily loss limit.
A $750 limit with a $50 buffer: at −$700 on the day every position is closed at market, and new orders are cancelled until the 17:00 ET reset.
Stop short of the trailing drawdown.
On a 50k account with a $2,000 trailing floor and a $50 buffer, it flattens with $50 of room still left. That lock stays on until you clear it yourself.
Cap the contracts you can hold.
Limit set to 5 MNQ: if a fill takes you to a sixth contract, PropGuard closes the position at market.
Be flat before the close.
Flat-by 15:55 ET: anything still open is closed, and new orders are cancelled until the 17:00 ET reset.
No new size late in the session.
No-entry from 15:30 ET: orders that add size are cancelled until the reset, while your stops and targets are never touched.

No. We never trade or log in to your account. The tools run on your own computer with your own trades.
Nothing can promise that. The Eval Sim shows how likely you are to pass with the way you trade now, so you can change your size or stop buying evals your numbers can't pass.
PropGuard only closes positions and blocks new orders on your own account, the same as setting the limits by hand. Firms differ on automated strategies, so read your firm's rules before running any strategy file.
Our strategies and PropGuard are for futures on NinjaTrader 8. The Eval Sim works for both.
Because most of the frequent strategies we tested didn't survive. One that trades once a month and holds up beats one that trades all day and doesn't.
MetaTrader 5 and NinjaTrader 8 backtests on futures data from 2012 to 2026, after spread, commission and slippage. They are hypothetical results, and the disclaimer at the bottom of this page applies to every one of them.
